We may still send non-marketing, service-related messages, such as responses to your request or appointment confirmations, even if you opt out of marketing. Note that replying STOP to a text stops all texts from us, including service texts, because mobile carriers apply the opt-out to every message from the sending number.
We act on opt-out requests promptly, and in any event within ten business days of receiving them.
